Assists the finance continuous improvement team to deliver standardisation and automation in accounting processes.


Main Responsibilities

  • Logging and monitoring new finance improvement initiative requests
  • Weekly follow up and reporting of finance improvement pipeline
  • Maintain chart of accounts master data in SAP
  • Maintain intercompany supplier/customer master data in SAP
  • Maintain other centrally used tables in SAP
  • Participate in validation and testing of system changes
  • Data analysis to support process and system improvement initiatives on finance processes/systems 
  • Update and create process flows on ad hoc basis
  • Perform ad hoc admin tasks such as action list updates in regards to projecst/improvement roll out initiatives


Qualifications, skills and experience required/desirable

  • Undergraduate looking for a placement in their third year of study.
  • Highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Analytically minded 
  • Critical thinking skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, being capable with new technologies
