Reporting to the Campaign Manager, this role provides vital support for the ongoing SRS Safety Recall Campaign. Your role will be to work as part of a team responsible for co-ordinating this activity, as well as via collaboration with multiple departments throughout the business. You will be involved in all stages, with activities such as issuing campaign information to Branches and Distributors, monitoring, reporting and improvement of campaign performance with proactive action projects. In addition, you will be required to support Branches and Distributors with campaign information. You should be capable of giving a presentation to a wide audience ranging from your peers to senior managers.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the monitoring, forecasting and reporting of safety recall and product update campaigns
  • Assisting in increasing campaign performance by studying continuous improvement activities in HME, Branches and Distributors
  • Create and maintain business dashboards to show real-time performance
  • Assisting in gathering all necessary information to start market campaigns
  • Carrying out market investigation to understand campaign performance in each Branch / Distributor. Compiling reports of your findings
  • Providing support to Branch / Distributor for campaign or product enquiries
  • Researching & examining potential new systems and technologies for Branches and Distributors, including communicating with Honda Motor, European Honda organisations and suppliers


Qualifications, skills and experience required/desirable:

  • Computer literate and numerate with the demonstrable ability to work with data to a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work as part of a team and to motivate yourself to work under your own initiative
  • Knowledge of the automotive business would be beneficial but not essential
  • Customer focused and able to present information to reflect market requirement
  • Ability to travel within European region (as required)
  • Valid UK Driving licence is an advantage
  • Good communicator with strong presentation and reporting skills
