The programme will quickly develop and progress ambitious graduates into field based and/or management roles within the Honda UK business, ultimately representing Honda with our dealer networks, developing the Honda brand and providing our customers with an outstanding experience at every opportunity.

We are seeking to recruit a select number of outstanding graduates to initially operate in exciting and challenging job roles within the Honda head office environment, located in Bracknell, Berkshire.

Available positions will be in either the Car, Motorcycle or Power Product areas of the business, making an immediate positive contribution as part of a team working in areas such as Customer Relations, Sales, Network Development, Aftersales, Product Planning, Communications and Marketing.


Your development will include participation in the structured Honda Management Development Programme, as well as extensive on and off the job coaching and mentoring. You will have the opportunity to present to, and work with Honda senior management.


We have potential opportunities to join the Honda Graduate Development Programme in the summer of 2019, with initial assessment centres planned for May 2019, now is the time to apply. At your assessment centre you will have the opportunity to meet with successful graduates from previous years. The Programme start date will be early September 2019.

We are particularly interested in attracting applications from individuals who have a good honours degree (2.1 or above) in any discipline with work experience in roles such as Customer Service, Sales, Aftersales, Marketing/Communications, Business Planning or Finance, so much the better if this in a relevant industry sector or with an automotive or associated brand.
