Reporting to the HR Service Delivery Department Manager, working closely alongside the Associate Relations Department Manager and business stakeholders, this role is responsible for delivering HR services across all areas of the business. This includes leading recruitment activities in line with company governance requirements and policies.  The post holder will monitor HR KPIs and propose improvements to HR Services and recruitment processes.


The post-holder will provide professional HR advice to the business in line with current legislation and best practice. 


Main Responsibilities:


  1. Recruitment for Bracknell based businesses
    • Manage A to Z recruit administration, following the governance policy
    • Provide the professional support for recruitment including manager  CV screening, assessment day and selection
    • Attending and arranging interviews (as well as support HR and hiring managers) for different stages of recruitment process and give qualitative feedback
    • Own the internal and external job posting operations, ensuring the Honda branding as an employer
    • First contact for  recruitment agencies and consultancies for both permanent and non-permanent associates recruitment
    • Responsible for recruitment performance KPIs, including budget management, and report the recruitment progress on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
    • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment process, interview process, cost and efficiency
    • Contribute to design and implement the recruitment strategy
    • Work with the HR system Manager and the wider HR team to improve the recruitment web site and the recruitment module on SAP
    • Responsible for the weekly/monthly recruitment reporting
  2. HR Services
  • Responsible for the delivery of high quality of HR services to business, covering all areas of HR work stream with a collaboration with other HR departments
  • Be a first point of contact for the business on all employee matters.  This includes time and absence management, benefit operations, Employee  Relations and general HR issues for both permanent and non-permanent employees
  • Promote and manage HR administrative processes, including the full associate life cycle (e.g. probation, appraisal, exit interview, etc.)
  • Ensure HR database accuracy
  1. Associate Relations
  • Support grievance, disciplinary and performance management cases, carrying out investigations, supporting managers to make decisions at formal hearings
  • Provide guidance and structure to managers and employees regarding employment regulations, policies, procedures and practices


Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experiences:

  • Has evidenced experience and achievements in recruitment, sourcing and  KPI management
  • Has evidenced experience and achievements in HR Services delivery
  • Experienced and knowledge in UK employee relations and employment law
  • HR professional qualifications highly desirable (CIPD)
  • Ability to undertake analytical work with good numerical skills
  • Ability to interact well with people at all levels within the organisation with excellent communication skills (Written and spoken)
  • Language: English, additional European language is an advantage
  • MS Office skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
