At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work.  The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday.  However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.

 

Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.

 

 

Role:

Reporting directly to the Retail Operations Compliance Section Manager, you will be working in a small but highly motivated team of Quality Assurance (QA)Co-ordinators. 

 

This role is key in ensuring that Retail Operations align with quality standards, policies, and customer service expectations. The QA Co-ordinator will monitor, evaluate, and enhance retail processes to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

 

As a Co-ordinator in Quality Assurance, you will work with a high degree of accuracy, and expertise. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and adherence to quality standards across retail processes. 

 

Key responsibilities include conducting regular monthly audits, updating detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements where necessary. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data tools are required for success in this role.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Using a Scorecard grade-based system to conduct regular audits, ensuring compliance within company and industry standards.  
  • Use good attention to detail to ensure your decisions meet the Quality Analysis criteria.
  • Collaborate with various teams and departments to develop and implement quality improvement, ensuring best practise is followed throughout the Retail Operations department.
  • Gather feedback and data to support the company in adhering to policies and industry regulations. 
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of quality analysis results. 


Qualifications, skills and experience:
Required

  • Experience operating within a Quality Analysis role. 
  • Ability to analyse data effectively. 
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, retail operations, and customer service standards.
  • Experience using a Quality Management System.
  • Able to demonstrate confident decision making and ability to filter large amounts of information into the key drivers of any decision.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Familiar with FCA regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
