Contract - DCA Complaint Administrator

Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.

 

 

Role:

The successful candidate will have proven administration abilities working in a busy and fast paced environment.  The role requires a high level of attention to detail whilst being able to work to prescribed deadlines, demonstrating a high level of productivity.   

 

Working within a small but capable team, you will be responsible for logging inbound enquiries and complaints.  This will involve evaluating the communications to ensure proper classification, ensuring accurate details are captured and that the correct regulatory timelines are followed.

 

The role will also involve acknowledging the inbound communication, updating customer records correctly and in some cases responding to enquiries.  


Main Responsibilities:

  • Logging of inbound communications from customers and third parties, including the acknowledgement of these communications to the Customer or Third Party.
  • Responding to customer enquiries by email using a templated response.
  • Documenting customer complaints, ensuring accurate details are captured for further investigation.
  • Updating customer records with documents received and sent and noting contracts correctly.


Qualifications, skills and experience:

Required

  • Knowledge of using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
  • Able to demonstrate good organisation, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to regulatory deadlines


Desirable

  • Previous experience working in a customer environment within the motor finance industry is preferable.
