At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 – 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home for a maximum of 50% of the working days in any one month, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Role:
The Change Business Analyst for the EU Data Act project will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of change management and governance processes related to the EU Data Act within various divisions for Honda Motor Europe and Honda Motor. The Change Business Analyst will work closely with Project managers, Legal teams, IT, and Product division to assess impacts, design change management strategies, and ensure the smooth implementation and testing of new processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Change Impact Analysis: Analyse the implications of the EU Data Act on the organization’s policies, procedures and governance model across departments (like Product divisions, R&D, Biz. Development, Operations).
- Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and support strategies, tailored to the EU Data Act's requirements.
- Communication: Design and deliver clear, concise communication to stakeholders regarding changes, timelines, and expected outcomes. Ensure the proper documentation and reporting on change progress.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to comply with the EU Data Act requirements.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track the progress of change initiatives, identify issues or resistance, and develop solutions to address challenges. Provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from stakeholders and teams to ensure the change process is effective and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Required
- Strong experience in change management, preferably with exposure to regulatory compliance projects or data management.
- Change Management Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement change management strategies and processes in complex projects.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while adapting to new regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Strong team player, capable of building relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to focus on the details while maintaining a strategic view of the overall project.
- Proactive: Demonstrates initiative to address issues and risks before they become problems.
- Proficient Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Desirable
- Knowledge of EU Data Act: Understanding of the EU Data Act and its potential impact on data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements.
- Project Management Skills: Experience working in project management environments, especially with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
