Role:
Reporting to the Marketing + European Partnerships Manager, this role is responsible for managing the design and implementation of Honda Financial Services [HFS] retail campaigns that support the sales of Honda Cars, Motorcycles and ATV.
This position carries a high level of responsibility to ensure the most effective and competitive finance programmes are delivered to maximise sales within HME-UK’s budget and timescales. These will be National Campaigns delivered via the Honda dealer network.
With the support of the Department Manager, the role involves working closely with key HME–UK stakeholders to understand business conditions and developing solutions to support Honda sales.
The role is to also ensure all campaign activity should support HFS strategy and vision of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
Main Responsibilities:
- Through market research and campaign modelling make recommendations for finance campaigns to help achieve HME-UK Car, Motorcycle and ATV sales.
- Deliver finance campaigns in conjunction with HME-UK Cars, Motorcycles and ATVs which are on time and within budget.
- Working with the HFS Retention Coordinator to ensure that the finance campaigns support and complement our Key2Key Customer Retention Programme.
- Supporting the design, production and implementation of HFS and HME-UK campaign communications for dealers and customers.
- Cultivate a strong and pro-active relationship with HME-UK Cars, Motorcycles and ATVs.
- Support the Department Manager in the finance element of the HME-UK Sales Planning process.
- Support Department Manager to review and improve HFS customer communications in print, digital media and the showroom environment.
- Creating and delivering measures and analysis for all HFS marketing activities and campaigns.
Qualifications, skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of motor finance is essential
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when working to deadlines.
- Excellent level of Microsoft Excel
- Good level of Powerpoint skills
- Strong numerical skills
- Ability to manage relationships at all levels
- Ability to be flexible and think differently
